Uses

I don't get asked about my work environment so often, but just in case if you want to know, here are the tools, devices and services I use to get things done. These are not the best ones, but I personally feel these very comfortable. I consider this as a checklist too.

Desktop Apps

  • I'm a huge Raycast and i love using it due to it's ease of use.
  • I design almost entirely in Figma
  • The cool Emoji picker i use for my projects is Rocket
  • I use Bear and Simplenote to manage all my tasks and notes.
  • I currently use Postman for all my api endpoints testing.

Editor + Terminal

  • Pycharm, Golang & Webstorm from Jetbrains are my current editor which I switched to in 2020 after years of using Visual Studio Code.
  • Pycharm, Golang & Webstorm from Jetbrains are also IDEs i use depending on the project or if i am bored using VSCode.
  • I use Dank Mono in VS Code, my Jetbrain IDEs and iTerm 2
  • I'm currently switching between Firefox Developer and Chrome as my main browser
  • I currently use Iterm2 for my terminal

Devices

  • I use M1 Max Macbook Pro 2021 16" as my main device.
  • I have Herman Kardon Onyx 5 for music and everything sound.
  • I use Logitech Master Keys for Mac and Logitech MX Master 3 Mouse as well.
  • I use dual monitors: DELL P2721Q Display and HP 27f Display

Services

  • Music from Spotify and Apple Music
  • I mostly spend my days on Youtube watching tutorials and other relevant videos
  • All my studies on Udemy
  • Web hosting on Netlify, Heroku and Vercel
  • I communicate with my clients mostly on Slack and WhatsApp
  • I listen to my podcasts on Apple PodCasts
  • I register my domains on Namecheap and GoDaddy
  • News feeds on Medium, Reddit and Dev.to
  • I use GitHub and Gitlab for version control.
  • My package Managers are Yarn and Pipenv
